- The intent of this solicitation is to select one contractor for the construction of a new Microgrid for Camp Arifjan, Kuwait. The basis of award is the Best Value Trade-Off Process.***************Amendment 0001***************Solicitation W912QR24R0014 for the Camp Arifjan Microgrid is hereby amended as follows:a. The site visit date is hereby changed to 20 March 2024 at 0930 local Kuwait time. See 52.236-27 SITE VISIT (CONSTRUCTION) (FEB 1995)? ALTERNATE I (FEB 1995) for additional instructions.b. The proposal due date is hereby extended to 1:00 PM Eastern Time on 5 April 2024.c. All Amendments must be acknowledged.d. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.NOTE: A NEW SITE VISIT REQUEST MUST BE SUBMITTED THROUGH THE PROPER CHANNELS STATED IN 52.236-27.
