- The Indian Health Service, Shiprock Service Unit, Northern Navajo Medical Center, located in Shiprock, New Mexico 87420 has an upcoming requirement for CT Motion Pedestal Injector for the Radiology Department at Northern Navajo Medical Center. The anticipated delivery date will be 180 days beginning from the Date of Award. The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 334517 � Irradiation Apparatus Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 1,200 employee.� The Request for Quotations No. IHS1490299 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by April 18, 2024.� Evaluation factors may include technical capability to meet the government need in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW), and price.
