This is a sources sought notice only. No Solicitation is being issued at this time. The notice is being issued for the purpose of market research in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10. Please do not submitt priced quotations at this time. The government is not liable to pay or reimburse any companies or entities that respond to this announcement for any costs incurred preparing a response to this notice.
