- Army Contracting Command-Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) proposes to solicit a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) 3-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Long Term Contract (LTC) for the procurement of detector kits. This solicitation will be restricted to Gammon Technical Products, Inc. (CAGE: 32218), under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(A). This requirement will be solicited under W912CH-24-R-0024 for the procurement of the following: Noun: DETECTOR KIT NSN: 6640-01-138-2563 Manufacturers Part Number/CAGE Code: GTP-323/32218 There is no Technical Data Package (TDP) associated with this procurement. Only the Manufacturer's Part Number is approved. Manucaturer's Part Number: GTP-323 Manufacturer CAGE: 32218 - Gammon Technical Products, Inc. The solicitation is anticipated to be posted in two weeks time. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is, in fact, unable to maintain a mailing list. The burden is therefore on any interested parties to periodically access the above internet address in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of proposals may render your proposal nonresponsive and result in the rejection of the proposal.
