INTERESTED PARTIES MUST REQUEST A GSAFLEET.GOV ACCOUNT TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS SOLICITATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE INSTRUCTIONS PROVIDED BELOW The General Services Administration's (GSA) Automotive Acquisition Support Center invites firms to participate in submitting offers under the Government's upcoming solicitation for 2025 Main Buses. Vehicle types being sought by the Government for this program include, but are not limited to: � - Adult Work Buses - School Buses - Shuttles - Inter-City Commuter Coaches - Over the Road Touring Coaches The General Services Administration is the mandatory source for vehicles purchased in the United States under the Federal Property Management Regulation (FPMR) 101-26.501. GSA's Vehicle Purchasing Division purchases an estimated 50,000 new model year non-tactical vehicles for Federal Executive Agencies and the Department of Defense annually. All GSA vehicle purchases are governed by program specific Federal Vehicle Standards, which are assimilated by GSA Engineering personnel prior to solicitation publication. GSA�s proposed vehicle standards will be available in GSAFleet.gov to interested parties to view, comment, and provide feedback during the Vehicle Supplier Commenting Period which is currently open until May 1, 2024. Feedback received from industry may be incorporated into the Government�s requirements. GSA anticipates posting a draft version of the solicitation on May 10, 2024. The final solicitation is anticipated to be posted on June 10, 2024. The GSAFleet.gov bid period is anticipated to be opened on June 10, 2024. At that time, interested parties will provide technical and pricing data for vehicles offered to the Government in response to the solicitation in support of the 2025 Main Bus Program. Interested parties, which have not already done so, should complete the following steps in order to participate. Vendors should send an email to FleetSystemsModernization@gsa.gov with the subject line �GSAFleet.gov Vendor Account Request�. Within this request, firms should include the following information: -Company Name -SAM UEI -Company email - Company phone number (with country code) - Point of contact name - Point of contact email - Company physical address - Company billing address GSA looks forward to your firm�s participation in the 2025 Main Bus Program.
