Synopsis HQ084724R0009 George C. Marshall Center (GCMC)/Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA) Audio Visual Support Services This is a Synopsis of Contract Action; thus, this document does NOT constitute a Request for Quotations. The Washington Headquarters Services Acquisition Directorate (WHS/AD) Contracting Office at George C. Marshall Center (GCMC), Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany, intends to solicit and make a sole source award for Audio Visual Support Services. This will be a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 512290 (Other Sound Recording Industries). The solicitation #HQ084724R0009 will be issued as full and open and made available on the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) at (https://piee.eb.mil). Paper copies will not be available. It is the responsibility of the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates on the solicitation and/or amendments to any and all documents. Description of Service: The Contractor shall deliver comprehensive audio-visual (AV) operational and production support services at designated Organization facilities, ensuring onsite technical assistance, operational readiness for all events, and proficient production support for live events and video editing tasks. Responsibilities encompass configuring spaces for various events, managing equipment and furniture setup, and conducting basic operational troubleshooting. In the role of Technical Director during live events, the Contractor will handle digital video switchers, audio systems, and various AV hardware and software, striving for professional production quality and conducting thorough quality control on all video products. Senior Production Support responsibilities include overseeing production activities, ensuring staffing and operational readiness, and participating in In-Progress Review (IPR) meetings for effective event coordination, with a mandatory requirement for all personnel to obtain Dante Certification Level 1 within 90 days of contract start. The Contractor is expected to maintain high standards of professionalism and efficiency, providing seamless AV support and production services in adherence to the detailed requirements and guidelines specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Period of Performance: (1) Twelve Month Base Year plus (4) Twelve Month Option Years and (1) Twelve Month Extension. Place of Performance: George C.
