- Description
- USAID intends to issue a solicitation for a U.S. Personal Services Contract (USPSC) for one (1) Anti-Corruption Technical Integration Advisor, at the GS-14 equivalent level, for USAIDs Bureau for Democracy, Human Rights, and Governance (DRG), Anti-Corruption Center (ACC). The Anti-Corruption Technical Integration Advisor (ACTI) serves in the Technical Leadership and Global Programming (TLGP) Team within DRG/ACC. The ACC leads USAIDs fight against corruption within countries and transnationally through a multipronged, multisectoral approach. The Center mobilizes broad-based coalitions and partnerships, elevates anti-corruption considerations in policy making, catalyzes innovation and experimentation, and serves USAID Missions and the broader development community with cutting-edge and responsive technical support and thought leadership. The programs and mechanisms of ACC provide USAID Missions and staff with the knowledge, skills, tools, and resources to ensure that development assistance is locally led and advances self-reliance. As part of ACC/TLGP, the ACTI Advisor will leverage their considerable expertise in anti-corruption, transparency, and accountability to serve as a technical advisor and help the Agency meet the high demand for technical assistance in efforts to counter corruption across sectors. The ACTI Advisor will lead, co-lead, and/or provide inputs into the design of cutting edge anti-corruption activities, projects, and toolsincluding those aimed at countering corruption across sectors; support the development of strategy and country-level plans, design, and evaluation of programs; conduct DRG and other anti-corruption assessments; integrate best practices and lessons learned into cross-sectoral programming; deliver technical training; lead or co-lead the development of technical materials related to anti-corruption and countering corruption across sectors; and provide strategic and technical support to the Agencys Regional Bureaus and overseas Missions. The duration of the contract period is anticipated to include a two (2) year base period with three (3) one-year option periods for a total maximum possible period of performance of five (5) years. The solicitation will be published on the System for Award Management (SAM) website (www.sam.gov). Interested parties are advised to periodically monitor this website for updates on this potential opportunity. Except for the above information, no additional information regarding this planned solicitation is available currently. All necessary information will be supplied at the time the solicitation is issued. USAID will not respond to any questions or requests for information until the solicitation is issued. USAID will not accept offers prior to issuance of the solicitation. Issuance of the pre-solicitation notice and any subsequent RFP does not constitute an award commitment on the part of USAID, nor does it commit USAID to pay for any costs incurred in the preparation and submission of any offer.
