- TN Dale Hollow NFH FISH REARING BUILDING WITH CONCRETE SLAB The purpose of this amendment is to add site preparation information to the Statement of Work under item 4: Government Furnished Equipment or Materials/Information. *************** The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has a requirement for a fish rearing building to be built or procured and installed at the Dale Hollow National Fish Hatchery located in Clay County, Tennessee. A site visit is scheduled for Wednesday, April 17 at 9 am CST. See Section L for site visit registration information. Contractors are reminded that any amount awarded over $35,000 requires submission of a Payment Bond. Any amount over $150,000 requires both Payment and Performance Bonds. Project Magnitude: Between $100,000 and $250,000.
