This acquisition is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Russell National School Lunch Act outlined in Sec. 26 [1769g] Information clearinghouse.� This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, Streamlined Solicitation for Commercial Products or Commercial Services, and Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
