It will be solicited to small business contractors with the item description/referenced by the part number (p/n), under NAICS code 333310.� Quote all or none. MRF: Box Gang P/N: BG RBDG18X5 ITEM: Sludge Box (including options) ����������Option 1: Stenciling - Lettering (White) ����������Option 2: Watertight Lid (Black) ����������Option 3: Hempel Epoxy - Protective Coating (Green) �Please review the salient characteristics (attachment A) ��QTY: 4 Technical specifications include that quoted part number is a Brand name or equal to requested PN and options, compliant to markings and delivery schedule. Quoted part number must be brand name or equal to MFR: Box Gang, PN: BG RBDG18X5, Item:Sludge Box (including options) to be considered for award, refurbished items will not be considered. Please review the salient characteristics attached (attachment A).� Quote ALL or none. Also, contractor must acknowledge, mark the order as shipped, and provide tracking information through vendor portal or EDI.�� Items are subject to review by the customer and GSA prior to award.� It will be awarded using the evaluation criteria of the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) with FOB Destination Pricing and marked in accordance with Military Standard 129R.� Delivery will be 12 calendar days After Receipt of Order (ARO) to: Delivery will be 30 calendar days After Receipt of Order (ARO) to: Naval Base San Diego, BL 3509 Cummings Road, San Diego, CA 92136 Award is subject to the terms and conditions of the RFQ document, including but not limited to the following:� Contractor MUST submit a quote for ALL line items in the Excel Quote worksheet as an attachment through (attachment B).
