- The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is conducting market research for subscription products that provide bankruptcy data. ��Attachment 1 � Draft SEC Requirements List provides a description of the requirements.� ��The SEC has a preference for a Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) subscription product.� The SEC is not seeking a subscription product that requires development. Each respondent to this Sources Sought notice shall provide the following: 1. Summary/cover letter (limited to 3 pages) with the following company information: Company name and address; Name of company representative and their business title; Verification if your company is registered in www.SAM.gov and your company's unique entity identifier�(UEI) number (Note: your company must have active registration in SAM to be considered for this Sources Sought Notice) Business size and whether your company has any current socio-economic classifications (e.g. Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Any GWAC or FSS contracts held by your company (e.g. GSA) and whether the subscription product is covered by your company�s GWACs. 2.�A description of your company�s subscription product and its ability to meet the SEC�s requirements.� 3.� Completed Attachment 2 � Requirements Checklist Questionnaire.�� Your company must provide a response to all items in accordance with the instructions of the questionnaire. 4. A price estimate for 5 users with pricing for a Base Period of 12 months and four Option Periods of 12 months each.�� Respondents may also provide info for additional pricing Tiers if available. � Question and Response Deadline: All questions regarding this Sources Sought notice must be sent to Jeremy Garrett via email at GarrettJ@sec.gov by no later than 3:00 PM ET on April 17, 2024.� Questions and the SEC�s responses to questions will be posted on SAM.gov.� The response deadline is 3:00 PM ET on April 25, 2024.� All responses to this notice must be submitted to Jeremy Garrett via email at GarrettJ@sec.gov.� �Responses must include: 1. Summary/Cover Letter� � 2. Description of product� 3. Completed Requirements Checklist Questionnaire (Attachment # 2) 4.
