- This is a combined synopsis solicitation for a commercial service prepared IAW the format in FAR subpart 12.6, Acquisition of Commerical Service, and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additioanl information included in this notice. This annoucement constitiutes the only solicitation; proposals and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is�21224404B4200RR001 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. This RFQ is for the open, inspect, and report of two (2) Receiver, Radios; Aviat Constellation Receiver Assembly; Part Number: 193-115039-003; National Stock # 5820-01-621-7431. Submit written offers only, oral offers will not be accepted. This combined synopsis/solicitation requires regristration with the System for Award Managment (SAM) at the time a quote is submitted, excluding outlined in FAR 4.1102(a). Registration information can be found at http://www.sam.gov. UNIQUE ENTITY IDENTIFIER (UEI) NUMBER, FEDERAL TAX IDENTIFICATION NUMBER, AND CAGE CODE MUST BE INCLUDED. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-04. The procurement is a Firm Fixed Price and the is associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 811210 � Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance. The size standard for this NAICS is $34M. Product Service Code is: J059 -Maint/ Repair/ Rebuild of Equipment�Electrical and Electronic Equipment Components.� The description of the requirment is required on behalf of United States Coast Guard (USCG).The objective is to procure the open, inspect, and report of two (2) Receiver, Radios; Aviat Constellation Receiver Assembly; Part Number: 193-115039-003; National Stock # 5820-01-621-7431. Line item 0001: QTY - 2, UNIT - EA, DESCRIPTION - Open, Inspect, and Report on the following: RECEIVER, RADIO; Aviat Constellation Receiver Assembly; National Stock #: 5820 01-621-7431. Line item 0002: QTY - 1, UNIT - EA, DESCRIPTION -�Ship and return all repaired and BER units to the Surface Forces Logistics Center (SLFC). All items returned must follow the material and packing requirements. See Section 5 of the SOW for details. Delivery Date: PDD: 22 April 2024 Consignee and Destination: United States Coast Guard,�Surface Forces Logistics Center (SFLC),�2401 Hawkins Point Road, Receiving Room - Bldg 88,�Baltimore, MD 21226 Solicitation Response Due: On or Before 19 April 2024 at 11:00 a.m. EST � A response to the solicitation is due on or before the aforementioned date and time, IN WRITING, to the Contract Specialist, Brianna Riffle, Brianna.Riffle@uscg.mil and Contracting Officer, Delton Brun, Delton.L.Brun@uscg.mil. The purchase order resulting from this solicitation will be issued as a FIRM-FIXED price purchase order. The award will be made to the Offeror submitting the lowest priced quotation.
