Objective: To find sources that are qualified to meet the supplies/services as listed in section 11B. Note that the specific requirements in section C are subject to change prior to the release of any solicitation. B. The Contractor shall provide one (1) Keysight B1500A semiconductor device analyzer with the B1511B Source Monitor Unit (SMU) cards with eight (8) power/control modules. Shall contain all-in-one device characterization analyzer designed for comprehensive semiconductor testing: supports various measurement techniques, including IV, Capacitance-Voltage (CV), pulse/dynamic Current Voltage (IV). Shall Switch between CV and IV measurements without re-cabling. Shall Detect multi-frequency Alternating Current (AC) capacitance measurements from a range of 1 Kilohertz (kHz) to 5 Megahertz (MHz). Shall analyze data without an external personal computer (PC) using the built-in 15-inch touch screen interface Shall be capable of pulsed IV measurement rate of 100 nanosecond (ns) and a sampling rate of 5 ns with no load-line effect Shall configure the B1500A with choice of measurement modules, up to 10 slots or source measure units (SMUs) in a box. Analyzer shall contain Mid Power Source Measure Units or SMUs that must have range up to 100 Voltage (V) / 0.1 Ampere (A) with 4-quadrant operation. Analyzer shall have SMU minimum measurement resolution 10 femtoamperes (fA) / 0.5 microvolts (?V) required �� Analyzer shall have SMU minimum source resolution 50 fA / 25 �V required Analyzer shall have Minimum sampling measurement interval 100 microseconds (?s) and minimum pulse width 500 ?s required Analyzer must be computer controllable via General Purpose Interface Bus �(GPIB) or Universal Serial Bus (USB) control ports and come with a descriptive command set. Analyzer command set must be compatible with the software already developed and in use for integrated photonics testing. Analyzer must be powered by a North American standard 120 Volts Alternating Current (VAC) 60 Hertz (Hz) 15A outlet. Delivery to 2800 Powder Mill Road, Adelphi, MD 20783-1138 no later than 16-18 weeks After Receipt of Order (ARO). C.
