PURPOSE OF THIS AMENDMENT IS TO UPLOAD THE SITE VISIT ATTENDANCE SHEET AND TO UPDATE THE SOLICITATION DOCUMENT AND THE PROVISION AND CLAUSE LISTING.� THE SOLICITATION DOCUMENT (Combo Sun Shelter Pressure Washing.2) HAS BEEN UPDATED WITH MINIMUM INSURANCE INFORMATION (RED TEXT).� THE PROVISION AND CLAUSE LISTING (Clauses and Provisions v2 4-9-2024) HAS BEEN UPDATED WITH CLAUSE 52.228-5 INSURANCE - WORK ON GOVERNMENT INSTALLATIONS. REMINDER TO ALL SITE VISIT ATTENDEE.� PLEASE SUBMIT ALL QUESTIONS BY EMAIL TO MR. STEPHEN SHANKS NO LATER THAN 19 APRIL 2024. RESPONSES ARE NOT BINDING UNLESS SUBMITTED AND RESPONDED TO IN WRITING.� THANK YOU FOR ATTENDING. The 187th Fighter Wing at Dannelly Field in Montgomery, AL intends award a Firm Fixed Priced contract for the pressure washing of the aircraft sun shelters. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Additionally, the Government will utilize simplified procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13. FUNDS ARE NOT PRESENTLY AVAILABLE FOR THIS ACQUISITION.��NO CONTRACT AWARD WILL BE MADE UNTIL APPROPRIATED FUNDS ARE MADE AVAILABLE.
