- THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE � This is a notice of the government�s intent to solicit orders under the STRATUS Pool 2 Basic Ordering Agreements (BOAs) to those vendors which have been evaluated and determined to be most capable, and have been issued BOAs. The orders placed under these BOAs will be for cloud integration and development support services. On September 29, 2023, the USDA posted RFQ 12314423Q0143 as a combined synopsis/solicitation on SAM.gov for STRATUS Cloud BOA Pool 2: Integration and Development Support Services to both large (Unrestricted) and small (Restricted) vendors. In response to this RFQ the USDA received 122 quotes. After completion of evaluations of prior experience and technical/management approach, on April 5, 2024, the USDA issued 37 BOAs to the following vendors: Unrestricted: 22nd Century Technologies, Inc. Accenture Federal Services LLC Booz Allen Hamilton Inc. CGI Federal Inc. Deloitte Consulting LLP General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. Guidehouse Digital LLC ICF Incorporated, L.L.C. Leidos, Inc. LMI Consulting, LLC MetroStar Systems, LLC Nava Public Benefit Corporation SAIC Steampunk, Inc. Ventera Corporation Restricted: Accelera Solutions Inc. Agiliko, LLC Appddiction Synergy Labs LLC Aquia Nava II LLC ASSYST, Inc. AtechGov LLC AttainX SHR LLC BridgePhase LLC Credence Dynamo Technologies, LLC Easy Dynamics Corporation Epsilon, Inc. Inonde, LLC ITCON Services, LLC Koniag Technology Solutions, Inc. LightFront, LLC MetaPhase Consulting, LLC Plus3 IT Systems, LLC Pulsebyte, LLC Technology Solutions Provider, Inc. TechTrend, Inc. Vision Cove Solutions LLC VivSoft Technologies LLC The ordering period will be from April 10, 2024 � April 9, 2034. The USDA has established this suite of BOAs in the spirit of the Federal Acquisition Streamlining Act. These BOAs are intended to decrease costs, reduce paperwork, and save time by streamlining the search for sources, the development of documents, and the evaluation of offers and selections of sources. The USDA will assess the cloud landscape at least annually to determine if an on-ramp RFQ will be issued. Any potential future on-ramping actions for this BOA will be posted on SAM.gov and all responsible sources may submit a quotation to be considered by the agency. However, this notice of intent is NOT a request for quotations.
