- Description
- The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is conducting a Screening Information Request (SIR) as phase one of a multi-phase acquisition for industrial / flex space to meet the below requirements. Only those offerors who are deemed to meet or will be able to meet by the occupancy date all requirements in this first phase will be allowed to participate in the next phase. State: California City: Stockton Delineated Area: The delineated area for this acquisition is within a 10 mile radius of the Stockton Metropolitan Airport in Stockton, CA. Boundaries (Map is attached): North: Hammer Lane East: County Highway J5 (Jack Tone Rd) South: Intrastate CA - 120 West: South Holt Road The Government is seeking a minimum of 3,800 to a maximum of 4,500 of ABOA square feet (SF) of contiguous space within a building as described below: Office Space- Approximately 900 ABOA SF Warehouse/Storage Space- Approximately 3,300 ABOA SF A grade level door or loading dock of sufficient size and height for vehicles and large equipment Space Type: Flex Space / Warehouse / Industrial Parking Spaces: 4 Lease Term: ONE (1) year firm term FIVE (5) year firm term TEN (10) year firm term Firm Term: Please provide fully serviced rental rates (inclusive of shell rent, operating expenses, real estate taxes, parking, and any incentives) under the assumption of a ONE (1) year firm term, a FIVE (5) year firm term, and a TEN (10) year firm term. Be advised that responses to these options do not obligate the government to any specific lease term nor has the government appropriated funds for this procurement as of this date. Additional Requirements: 24-Hour Access: The FAA requires access to the space 24 hours per day, SEVEN (7) days a week. Offered space must meet or have the ability to meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is not required. Safety: The facility must meet Federal Government, State, and Local jurisdiction requirements including, but not limited to fire and life safety, setback, accessibility, seismic, energy and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The facility shall not be in the 100 year floodplain. � Please note that the requirements listed in this advertisement are for information purposes and are not inclusive of all Government requirements.
