- THIS IS A PRESOLICITATION NOTICE - SOLICITATION SHOULD BE POSTED ON OR ABOUT 3 APRIL 2024. NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville, FL intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) on or about 3 April 2024 for the purchase of two (2) Uninterrupted Power Supply�s for the Naval Air Station Pensacola. The solicitation will be issued as a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside. The RFQ will result in the award of a firm-fixed priced contract. The requirement is for two (2) Uninterrupted Power Supply�s. One (1) is for a 10kVA, 208/120V, 3 Phase UPS Battery system and one (1) is for a 15kVA, 208/120V, 3 Phase UPS Battery system. Each will be capable of supplying continuous power to the Radio Receiver and Radio Transmitter sites respectively for a duration of 15-18 minutes. In order to provide proper and timely maintenance, an external bypass switch must also be installed which allows the proper isolation of power from the UPS units during maintenance evolutions. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 335999 with a small business size standard of 600 Employees. The RFQ will include instructions for preparation of price quotes, the DOR, and evaluation criteria, which is Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA). It is the responsibility of interested parties to use Contract Opportunities to download the synopsis, solicitation and subsequent amendments and any attachments. Offerors are encouraged to review the referenced websites frequently for updates. No paper copies of the RFQ, attachments or amendments will be provided. No solicitation mailing list will be issued. System for Award Management (SAM) https://www.sam.gov registration is mandatory and all offerors must be listed as a small business or non-profit under NAICS Code 335999. ONLY email requests for clarification to the Contract Specialist are acceptable. No phone call communications or personal office visits with NAVSUP FLCJAX or its internal or external customers regarding issues or questions pertaining to this procurement will be accepted for the duration of the solicitation, evaluation and award process.
