Description

This requirement will replace all of the outdated mechanical and refrigeration equipment and all refrigeration systems including display cases with a conventional parallel rack with R-448A refrigerant. Structural work will be required to support the new refrigeration condensers on the roof. The Refrigeration Monitoring and Control System (RMCS) will be replaced. The outdated Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems and equipment will be replaced with more energy efficient direct cooling system and will utilize gas fired equipment for heating. Minor architectural repair work will be required where existing HVAC equipment or components are replaced. Proposed Solicitation Number: HQC00324B0014 2) The work will be completed at Fort Cavazos Commissary, TX 3)Tentative Dates: Issuing Invitations:� May 1, 2024 Opening Bids: May 31, 2024 Completing contract performance: June 16, 2025 4) Plans will be available for inspection without charge in SAM. 5) Date by which requests for the invitation for bids should be submitted: May 30, 2024 6) This award is restricted to small business 7) There are no charges or fees for solicitation documents 8) Disclosure of the magnitude of construction projects: Between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000
