This is a request for information (RFI) only. This RFI is a request for information purposes only and does not constitute an invitation for bid (IFB), request for quotation (RFQ), or request for proposal (RFP). This RFI does not constitute a commitment of the U.S. Army to procure products or services. THE GOVERNMENT DOES NOT INTEND TO AWARD A CONTRACT ON THE BASIS OF THIS RFI OR OTHERWISE PAY FOR THE INFORMATION SOLICITED. Information submitted in response to this RFI is submitted at no cost to the Government and will not be returned. Any exchange of information shall be consistent with procurement integrity requirements, and all appropriate proprietary claims will be protected to prevent improper disclosure. Your response to this RFI is voluntary and will be treated as information for the Government to consider. �No funds have been authorized, appropriated, or received for this effort. �The U.S. Army may use the information provided to develop its acquisition strategy. �If a solicitation is released for the supplies or services described herein, it will be synopsized on SAM.gov. �It is the responsibility of the potential offerors to monitor this site for additional information pertaining to this potential requirement. � The U.S. Government is conducting market research to identify if there are any responsible providers of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) for the U.S. Army Mid-Range Capability (MRC) weapon system. The Army plans to procure five MRC batteries with four batteries already on contract and award of the fifth battery planned for FY25. �Each MRC battery consists of four Launchers, one Battery Operations Center (BOC), one Battery Support Vehicle (BSV), and one Reload Trailer. Each battery will require ILS which includes overall program logistics support, program management support, field engineering support, configuration management support, operator/maintainer support and documentation, new equipment training (NET), operational logistics support to include Field Service Representatives (FSRs), initial and replenishment spares, and contractor depot support. Background: The U.S. Army has a need to obtain ILS for the MRC weapon system, developed and produced by Lockheed Martin Corporation (LMC), Rotary and Mission Systems (RMS) CAGE code 02769, located at 199 BORTON LANDING RD, MOORESTOWN, NJ 08057. Interested Sources shall have the ability to work with multiple military program offices to perform the following: ��� �Subject Matter Expert (SME) Support in the form of FSRs, Engineering reach back Capability (help desk), and associated logistics Program Management.� ��� �NET for ground support equipment to include modification of training material. ��� �Aegis Weapons System (AWS) NET development and conduct ��� �ILS Engineering� ��� �ILS Project Management� ��� �ILS Operator/Maintainer documentation� ��� �Repair and rework, contractor depot support ��� �Spares Analysis ��� �Spares Acquisition� ��� �LORA and additional analyses ��� �Training materials development� ��� �Implementation of Material Work Orders (MWOs)� ��� �Logistics support for to maintain ground support equipment ��� �Logistics support for wireless communication� ��� �Logistics and training travel Sources who believe they can provide the services described herein are invited to indicate their interest by providing the following information to the point of contact listed below: 1) Company Name, CAGE Code, DUNS, and street address� 2) Point of contact including name, title, phone, and email address 3) Size of contractor, average annual revenue for the past three years and number of employees 4) Experience working logistics for complex system of systems efforts 5) Experience developing NET programs of instruction� 6) Proficiency teaching NET to operational units� 7) Experience drafting and modifying technical and training manuals� 8) Program Management of multiple logistic teams 9) Experience with spare parts management and distribution� 10) Technical expertise with logistics support for weapon systems 11) Understanding and support of Navy weapons systems included in the MRC architecture 12) Ability to produce Level of Repair Analysis (LORA) and additional analyses as required 13) Personnel qualifications, to include any Subject Matter Expertise 14) Schedule, risks, and assumptions
