Description
Department of the Interior, United States Geological Survey (USGS) USGS Western Fisheries Research Ctr Request for Information (RFI): Process Water Vault and Spillway Cleaning, Seattle, WA SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE 1. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary, the government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. Materials submitted to the Government for review will not be returned. 2. NAICS Code: 541990 Professional, scientific, and technical services 3. Product Service Code (PSC): J079- Maintenance, Repair, and Rebuilding of Equipment- Cleaning Equipment and Supplies 4. Period of Performance: April 8, 2024 - June 30, 2024 Introduction: The USGS Western Fisheries Research Center seeks information from firms capable of providing vacuum truck cleaning of an approximately 12,156-gallon process water settling vault. Operational Details: 1. The contractor is expected to perform a significant portion of the work directly with its own resources. Offerors must identify the percentage of work to be performed directly and demonstrate their capability to do so. 2. The offeror will not rely exclusively on subcontractors to perform the principal components of the work and has sufficient resources to directly perform the work. 3. Offerors must provide a brief description of any potential subcontracting arrangements, including the nature of the work to be subcontracted and the rationale for subcontracting this portion of the work. 4. Reference statement of work (attachment). RFI Information Requested: To inform our procurement strategy, the USGS is seeking detailed information from vendors that can provide the required services contained in the statement of work. Interested parties are requested to submit the following: 1. Operational History: Examples of previous projects that demonstrate experience with similar requirements. 2. Company Information: Business size, UEI, and SAM registration status 3. Demonstrate ability to perform the work directly. Responses and Submission Details: 1.
