Description
This market survey is being conducted to identify potential sources that may possess the knowledge, capabilities, and relevant experience to provide full support service for The Joint Munitions Worldwide Review (JMWWR). The JMWWR is an annual conference held for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) member countries and invited guests of the Tactical Missile Technical Coordination Group (Robins AFB, GA) and the Precision Guided Munitions Technical Coordination Group (Hill AFB, Utah). It is directed by AFMAN 16-101 Security Cooperation (SC) Security Assistance (SA) and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Management policy and guidance for annual program review requirements. The JMWWR provides case funded FMS partners updated information (briefings) on all funded systems, interaction with industry exhibitors (Joint Munitions Exhibitor Conference (JMEC)), and one-on-one meetings with the respective TCG technical teams. Attendance is by invitation only; this review is not open to the public. Based on historical data, the average attendance for the last 5 years is 230 people to include both international and US attendees. The contractor will be responsible for payment of all charges incurred at the host site for the JMWWR. Charges include (but are not limited to) meeting room rental, food and beverages, audio visual, drayage services, hotel shipping and receiving, hotel business center charges and any other mandatory fees imposed by the hotel. The contractor will be available to accept credit card payment(s) for vendor fees as well as US government food and beverage fees (if required) and deduct these fees from the final hotel bill. Contractors/Institutions responding to this market research are placed on notice that participation in this survey may not ensure participation in future solicitations or contract awards. The government will not reimburse participants for any expenses associated with their participation in this survey. Instructions: If, after reviewing these documents, you desire to participate in the market research, you should provide documentation that supports your businesss capability in meeting this requirement and relevant similar experience. Both large and small businesses are encouraged to participate in this Market Research. Joint ventures or teaming arrangements are encouraged. Questions relative to this market survey should be addressed to Marwa.Fuller@us.af.mil
