- AMENDMENT:� All interested small business companies shall also submit a second PDF that lists and confirms the delivery of the required Sonor SQ2 Drum Kit along with all of the required accessories, for review by the government's evaluation team.� This second required submittal document ensures the Government that the small business offeror has met all technical requirements along with putting forward a fair and reasonable, fair market value, price. Request for a Quantity of one each SONOR SQ2 Drum Kit and Accessories, fully compliant with the posted Product Description document.� This is a Brand Name only requirement, with the justification document posted.� All interested offerors shall complete and forward the attached RFQ letter with the required information to include pricing and digital signature by an authorized representative.
