- NOTICE Number 5: Regarding the solicitation, it has come to our attention that there have been common errors in the process specifically regarding FAR clause Addendum to 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors�, as it is stated below, it's also stated in pg. 50 of the solicitation.� You must submit the proper SF 1449, the correct one is named Issued SF 1449 Sol � FAQ480124Q0003. This one has the CO signature. Please ensure you complete all the instructions for FAR clause Addendum to 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors�, located on pg. 50 of the solicitation. NOTICE Number 4:� 20 March 2024 An unsigned Draft Solicitation (SF 1449) was posted on 05 March 2024.� A signed solicitation was posted on 19 March 2024; there are no changes from the Draft to the signed SF1449. The Offer Due Date remains the same (see Block 8).� All quotes/responses must be submitted on the signed issued solicitation (SF1449), dated 19 March 2024. AMD 003 - NOTICE:� 18 MARCH 2024 The Q&A� was missing from AMD 002.� Q&A ""QandA - Laundry Svs18Mar2024"" is now posted AMD 002 - NOTICE:� 18 MARCH 2024 Questions and Answers, updated and posted. AMD 001 - NOTICE:� 18 MARCH 2024 Questions and Answers posted. DESCRIPTION OF WORK:�� This requirement is for Holloman Laundry Services and may include several base agencies - 49th Medical Group (49 MDG), 372d Training Support Squadron, Detachment 10 (372 TRS, Det 10), and� 49th Force Support Squadron (49 FSS).�Task Orders (TOs) will be issued to each base agencies for services when funding is made available.� NOTE:� Non-Appropriated Funds (NAF) Will not be included on the Contract.� (NAF - which includes Club Holloman, and Lodging)�will issue a separate contract utilizing on the pricing received from this Solicitaion.� The Contractor shall be required to pick up, transport, launder, and return to HAFB a variety of blankets, hospital gowns, pillowcases, sheets, towels, curtains, scrubs, lab coats, etc. Multiple site pick-ups are required at HAFB. � Requirement addresses, but not limited to re-performance of laundry returned dirty; return of articles found to be unserviceable; loss, damage, or destruction of laundry while in Contractor's possession; accountability; workmanship and sanitation; and contractor full-time equivalent reporting. �Contract shall be performed in a manner that will provide clean laundry in accordance with local, county state, federal, and professional industry standards. �In accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Period of Performance (PoP):�� The performance period will consist of a one (1) year base period and four (4) option years.� The total contract period is expected to be five (5) years,�1 May 2024 - 30 April 2029. IMPORTAT NOTICES:�� The contract will be an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ).� IDIQ contracts are used when the Government cannot determine, above a specified minimum the precise quantities of supplies or services that will be required during the contract period. There will be No Site Visit. OTHER DETAILS:� It is important to check this site frequently for any updates/amendments. It is important to read the solicitation in its entirety because there are dates, terms and conditions that must be met by the prospective offeror in order for the quote to be considered responsive.
