- Request For Information Deep Cleaning Requirement General Information Document Type: Request For Information NAICS Code(s): 561720 - Janitorial Services, 561790 � Other Services to Buildings and Dwellings Product Service Code (PSC): S201 - Housekeeping- Custodial Janitorial, J041 - Maintenance/Repair/Rebuild of Equipment- Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, And Air Circulating Equipment Contracting Office Address US Army Contracting Command-Aberdeen Proving Ground, Tenant Division (ACC-APG) 6472 Integrity Court, Building 4401 Aberdeen Providing Ground, MD 21005-1846 This is a request for information (RFI) only. This is not an invitation for bids (IFB), request for quotations (RFQ), or request for proposals (RFP). This notice is published in accordance with FAR Parts 10.002 and 15.201 in support of market research. No award is intended as a result of this request as the Government has no intention to pay for information received. This RFI seeks information on industry�s capability to provide a onetime deep cleaning of building E5101, carpets, and ducts for the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system. See specific requirements in the attached DRAFT Statement of Work (SOW). Potential Period of Performance: Thirty (30) days after contract order award. SITE VISIT: All interested parties are encouraged to make a site visit as there is no available square footage or as built drawings of the duct system. Site visit will be held over a period of six (6) business days from 22 to 29 March 2024 only. Participating companies should send the names and contact information for each attendee to both Robert Foote at robert.c.foote26.civ@army.mil, and Timothy Wittman at timothy.e.wittman.civ@army.mil. Please note there is a 3-person limit per company. Contractors are asked to hold their questions and send them to the Contracting Officer listed below. All companies interested in participating in this effort please are invited to indicate their interest by providing: � Company name, company address, overnight delivery address (if different from mailing address, Cage Code, point of contact, e-mail address, telephone number, fax number). Business size (i.e. large, small disadvantaged, veteran owned, woman owned, etc.) � Capability Statement: Detailed capability statement addressing the company�s qualifications and ability to provide the requirements listed herein. If significant subcontracting or teaming is anticipated to deliver technical capability, organizations should address the administrative and management structure of such arrangements. o State how long your company has been in business. � Provide proof that your company certified by the National Air Duct Cleaners Association (NADCA) � Provide proof of insurance � Provide any questions/concerns on the Draft SOW and Site Visit. The responses to this RFI shall be unclassified. All assumptions, including any assumed Government support and Government-Furnished Property (GFP) that the company would require to execute the work, shall be clearly identified. All proprietary and restricted information shall be clearly marked. DISCLAIMER: This RFI is for planning purposes only and shall not be considered as an IFB, RFQ, or RFP. Additionally, there is no obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any supplies or services described in this RFI. Your response to this RFI will be treated only as information for the Government to consider. You will not be entitled to payment for direct or indirect costs that you incur in responding to this RFI. This request does not constitute a solicitation for proposals or the authority to enter into negotiations to award a contract. No funds have been authorized, appropriated, or received for this effort. The information provided may be used by the Army for planning and market research purposes. Interested parties are responsible for adequately marking proprietary, restricted or competition sensitive information contained in their response. The Government will not reimburse contractors or responders to this notice for any costs incurred in responding, or any subsequent exchange of information. All responses shall be no longer than five (5) pages and transmitted electronically to Contract Specialist Lesha Moore and Contracting Officer Gregory Jamison, at e-mail lesha.n.moore.civ@army.mil and Gregory.j.jamison.civ@army.mil , no later than 5 p.m. EDT on 3 April, 2024.
