Description
BEP is the largest producer of security documents in the United States.� BEP prints billions of United States currency notes for delivery to the Federal Reserve System each year. These notes are produced at facilities in Washington, DC, and Fort Worth, Texas.� In addition to U.S. currency, the BEP produces several other security documents such as portions of U.S. passports, materials for Homeland Security, military identification cards, and Immigration and Naturalization Certificates.� BEP is seeking data and analytics technical professional(s) who can advise and provide trustworthy solutions and converge processes, models and technology, forecast mechanism to inform mission and operational decision making, increase collaboration across our data community, and achieve efficiency savings across our investments. Data and Analytics (D&A) technical professional(s) support to deliver analytics and artificial intelligence (A&AI) which include: D&A architecture by bringing together Analytics and Business Intelligence (A&BI) and data science and machine learning (DSML) capabilities that support the continuum of descriptive, diagnostic, predictive and prescriptive analytics on a wide variety of data sources. Operationalize analytics architectures and AI models by applying DataOps, MLOps and ModelOps practices and tools to provide repeatability, reusability and resilience. Minimize service disruption and support a governed self-service environment by adopting a federated model enabling reuse and diversity. Combine responsible AI practices across the entire advanced analytics and ML development cycle. Leverage explainability techniques and frameworks to interpret model outputs, and ensure that they can collectively address fairness, bias mitigation, ethics, risk management, privacy and regulatory compliance. Forecast mechanism for data requirements, forecast ability for storage capabilities, be able to structure enterprise level data requirements, establish processes and validation of those processes. BEP�s IRS Procurement Branch is requesting information via this RFI as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the capability to provide professional support to determine BEP�s data requirements, mechanisms and approaches to formulate the projectile to deliver success.
