The associated NAICS is 334516 (�Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing�) with a small business size standard of under 1,000 employees. The applicable PSC is 6640 (�Laboratory Equipment and Supplies�). This solicitation is issued as unrestricted.� Any questions and all quotes must be submitted in writing via email to Aaron Dimeo at aaron.dimeo@usda.gov with the solicitation number (�12505B24Q0102�) and/or title (""Portable, Semi-Automatic Liquid Handling System"") in the subject line, body, or attachments. Questions are due by or before 11:59 PM CT on Wednesday, March 27, 2024. Answers to questions received before the deadline will be posted in an amendment to the solicitation. A completed copy of the SF1449 quote submission form and the supplemental ""Supporting Information Form"" are to be include with your quote. It is also strongly advised that a completed copy of the provision FAR 52.212-3 be included with all quotes. Please see ""Additional Information"" in the �Attachments/Links� section for more details.
