Description
General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: New York City: Seneca Falls NY Delineated Area:�North: King Rd. to Gravel Rd. to George Rd. to Auburn Rd. to State RT 89 East: State RT 89 to Garden St. Ext. to Farron Rd. (reference Delineated Area Map) South: Farron Rd. to Martin Rd. to State RT 414 to County House Rd. to Kingdom Rd. West: Kingdom Rd. to River Rd. to W. Bayard St to Veterans Bridge to Rumsey St. to Ridge St. to Black Brook Rd. to King Rd. Minimum Square Feet (ABOA): 7,274 Maximum Square Feet (ABOA): 8,365 Space Type: Office/Flex Parking Spaces (Total): 00 Parking Spaces (Surface): 00 Parking Spaces (Structured): 00 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 00 Full Term: 15 Firm Term: 10 Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: None Expressions of interest must include the following information at a minimum: Building name and address Location of space in the building and date of availability All space should be continguous and on the first floor ANSI/BOMA Office Area (ABOA) square feet offered and Rentable Square Feet offered Scaled Floor Plans (as-built) identifying offered space Name, address, telephone number and email of authorized contact Evidence of Ownership or written authorization to represent the owner(s) Reference Project Number 8NY2581 Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced Lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under a Lease in Seneca Falls, NY.� The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as cost likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure, and non-productiveagency downtime.
