Please submit your offer to the contract specialist by Tuesday, March 26 by 1300PM. *** The Army Contracting Command-New Jersey (ACC-NJ) has a requirement on behalf of the 99th Readiness Division Directorate of Public Works for Construction to Insulate and add Additional Heat in Bullville, NY. The place of performance is SSG Fredrick J. Ill United States Army Reserve Center (USARC) 2500 SR# 17K, Bullville, NY 10915 (NY011). The contactor shall furnish all plant, labor, equipment, materials, transportation, supervision and technical expertise to perform requirements in accordance with the Specifications of Work (SOW). All tasks outlined in the SOW shall be performed. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code that apply to the principal nature of the acquisition: 238220 ? Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors with a size standard of $19,000,000.00. The period of performance is 120 calendar days from notice of proceed.
