34300024P0010 NOTICE TYPE:� SPECIAL NOTICE NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE � MHK TECHNOLOGIES INC NAICS Code - 335311 � Power, Distribution, and Specialty Transformer Manufacturing PSC - 6130 - Converters, Electrical, Nonrotating, Complete Battery Charging Equipment The U. S. International Trade Commission (USITC or Commission), intends to make an award, on a sole source basis, to MHK TECHNOLOGIES INC., 225 Vine ST, Suite 1, Johnstown, Pennsylvania, 15901-1518, United States, under the authority of FAR 19.1506, Women-Owned Small Business Program sole-source awards.� This requirement is for Preventative Maintenance service visits for our Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) system. There is not a reasonable expectation that another Economically Disadvantaged Woman-Owned Small Business will compete for the services in the DC Metro Area.� MHK has the knowledge and ability to provide these services, with known quality and on time service, and little to no risk of non-performance. The expected period of performance is a base period of 12 months (10/01/2024 to 09/30/2025), with four 12 month option periods. This announcement is not a request for competitive quotations.� A solicitation will not be available for this requirement.� The intent of this announcement is for informational purposes only.� However, any information received within seven days after the posting date of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this action is solely within the discretion of the Government.� Telephonic questions or requests are strongly discouraged.�
