- Canjilon Ranger District Carson National Forest Janitorial Services FY2024 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and services prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitaion 127EAV24Q0032 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). This procurement is being issued as a 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. Location of project: Canjilon Ranger District Carson National Forest located in New Mexico has a requirement for Janitorial Services. The applicable NAICS is 561720 Janitorial Services, for which the small business size standard in millions of dollars is $22.0(PSC: S201). This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of those in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulation Circular 2024-03 dated February 23, 2024. The result of this requirement will be a Firm Fixed Priced (FFP) contract. The right to make multiple or no award is reserved in the event it is advantageous to the Government to do so. The contractor shall provide pricing in accordance with the Schedule of Items. Please send all quotes by email only to shavera.leveille@usda.gov. Quotes must be received on or before 1700 Mountain Time March 27, 2024. If you have questions regarding this requirement, please email the questions to shavera.leveille@usda.gov no later than 1700 Mountain Time on March 21, 2024. All answers will be posted to SAM.gov on March 25, 2024, and any questions submitted after this date will not be accepted. Note: Please include all applicable taxes in your quote. Contractor must be registered/active in SAM.gov on RFQ due date/time. Description: Project: Canjilon Ranger District Carson National Forest NM Janitorial with four (4) option years. Period of Performance: �April 01, 2024, to March 31, 2025, with four (4) option years. The government reserves the right not to exercise the option year(s). Janitorial Services per Scope of Work, specifications, attachments, terms, and conditions. �The Contractor shall provide Janitorial Services as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) at the frequencies identified in the Task/Frequency List. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, supervision, transportation, (including safety), and all other incidentals necessary to provide janitorial and related services as described herein.� Janitorial services will be performed for the US Department of Agriculture, Carson National Forest, Canjilon Ranger District, State Road 115, Building 358, Canjilon, NM 87515. This is a one-story building with approximately 2,400 square feet, (2 restrooms).� Fire office, approximately 450 square feet, (1 restroom).� Shop workout area, approximately 300 square feet, (1 restroom).�
