Description
*Questions and Answers posted* This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 1. The solicitation number is F3G1EA4012AW01. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). A Firm Fixed Price type contract will be awarded. 2. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-02, effective 22 January 2024. 3. This combined synopsis/solicitation is being issued as full and open competition, and the associated NAICS code is 488190 - Other Support Activities for Air Transportation. 4. Offeror�s shall provide a completed Price List (see �Attachment 3 � Pricing List�). Below is the contract line-item number (CLIN) breakdown, CLIN structure will apply to each subsequent option year: CLIN 0001 � FFP Mission Go�s CLIN 0002 � FFP Maintenance Support 5. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: The Advanced Capabilities Pod (ACaP) system is comprised of the following: 1) Advanced Capabilities Pod; 2) aircraft instrumentation group-A provisions (orange wire and cockpit control panel); 3) all associated loading and mounting equipment. The Angry Kitten Electronic Attack System is comprised of the following: 1) AN/ALQ-167v880N Angry Kitten (AK) pod; 2) AN/GLM-13v3 Countermeasures Test Set; 3) all associated mission planning equipment; 4) all associated loading and mounting equipment. The contractor shall provide overall technical support, maintain the ACaP systems per manufacturer specifications, provide, handle, and transfer 99.99% pure Nitrogen from contractor's source to bottles used by FMP assets, coordinate with 59th TES/FMP for Argon bottle selection during scheduling process and maintain the AK systems per manufacturer specifications and record sustainment data for ACaP and AK pods.
