- NSN 6680-01-065-9645, METER, VOLUMETRIC POSITIVE DISPLACEMENT, LIQUID.� This solicitation may result in an Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) for Commercial Items in accordance with FAR 13.5 for a 3-year base period plus two option years for total contract duration of 5 years. �The item description contains sources: U.S. ARMY TANK & AUTOMOTIVE CMD, CAGE 19207, DWG: 11668031 REV D with acceptable sources FMC TECHNOLOGIES MEASUREMENT SOLUTIONS INC, CAGE 5U315, P/N T11-NF and BRODIE METER COMPANY LLC, CAGE 3FYV8, P/N 2200-421. The solicitation is Unrestricted.� Inspection/Acceptance at Origin.� FOB Destination.� Source Control and Export Control applies. Required delivery is 111 days after receipt of order.� Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) quantity of 97 each for the base and option periods.� The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
