Description

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE.� THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO issue a SOLE SOURCE solicitation to AIR 20 CORP for the rental of Minden Jet Center #2, 2207 Belanca, Minden, NV 89423.��The Humboldt-Toiyabe National Forest (HTF) requires a short-term rental facility to serve as the new operating base for the Forest Aviation Program, the Bridgeport Helitack Crew. Bridgeport Helitack is currently in the fourth year of a four-year short-term rental at the Minden-Tahoe Airport and is interested in pursuing a long-term lease. However, it is expected that the current rental contract will expire prior to securing a long-term lease. The short-term rental facility must be in or adjacent to the greater Minden-Gardnerville, NV area, be within the geographic area of USFS Region 4 (Great Basin GACC), and meet minimum requirements for hangar size, office space and other specifications as outlined below.��
