Description: The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS) intends to establish a single or multiple five-year Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for polyethylene bags, brown kraft coin envelopes, and spear envelopes for the USDA, AMS, Federal Grain Inspection Service (FGIS). The government anticipates issuing the award on or about April 30, 2024. � This procurement will be a 100% Total Small Business set-aside in accordance with FAR 52.219-6. The NAICS codes for this requirement are 22230 Stationary Product Manufacturing (SBA Small Business Size Standard is 750 Employees) & 326111 Plastic Bag and Pouch Manufacturing (SBA Small Business Size Standard is 750 Employees). The applicable Product Service Codes (PSC) are 9310 Paper and Paperboard and 8105 Bags and Sacks. THIS NOTICE IS THE SYNOPSIS ONLY.
