- Dear Prospective bidders Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for providing Internet Leased Line services to American Embassy, New Delhi, American Center Building, Public Affairs Office.� If you would like to submit a quotation, please refer to Section 3 and READ carefully � Solicitation Provisions - in order to understand how to submit a quotation.� Quotations not complying with the requirements specified in Section 3 may be deemed as incomplete and may be excluded from further consideration.� Also, except for the concerned sections, please do not submit the entire copy of this solicitation along with your quotation. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting an acceptable quotation.� We intend to award a contract order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. Please do not submit the entire copy of this solicitation with your quotation.� For a quotation to be considered, you must complete and submit the following: Blocks 12, 17a, 30a, 30b and 30c of the covering SF-1449 The Price Schedules in Section 1 Section 5 on Representations and Certifications All additional information requested for in Section 3 Quotations not complying with the requirements specified in Section 3 may be deemed as incomplete and may be excluded from further consideration.� The Contracting Officer reserves the right to reject any and all quotations and to waive any informality for quotations received.� In addition, the Embassy reserves the right to establish a competitive range of one or more offerors and to conduct further negotiations concerning price and other terms before awarding the contract, or to award without discussions. Your quotation must be submitted with the contracting officer only at newdelhibids@state.gov with the subject line �Solicitation for internet leased line services to American Embassy, New Delhi, India� on or before 1600 hours, March 27, 2024.� No quotation will be accepted after this time.� Quotations received after the due time and date shall be dealt with in accordance with the procedures in FAR provision 52.212-1(f). Read the RFQ for complete details.� All requests for clarification must be submitted in writing via E-mail to Jaya Vedi at vedij@state.gov on or before March 20, 2024, in the attached question sheet.�� Responses will be posted on our website as well as sent in writing to all contractors who showed their interest in doing business with USG.� No questions shall be answered after March 20, 2024. This solicitation requires registration with the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award, pursuant to applicable regulations and guidelines.
