Open Source Software: MAGPIE: Revolutionizing Material Simulations Through Advanced Integration In the evolving field of materials science, the ability to accurately simulate materials at macroscopic and atomic scales is a game-changer. MAGPIE (Mesoscale Atomistic Glue Program for Integrated Execution) emerges as a pioneering software application designed to seamlessly integrate finite element analysis with atomistic simulation codes, enabling unprecedented insights into material behaviors. The complexity of atomic-level materials poses significant challenges for researchers aiming to predict macroscopic properties from microscopic behaviors.
