- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information in this notice. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION: QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICTATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This will be 100% set aside for Small Business. This notice is being posted as an avenue to provide Request for Quotes, W912HN24Q5011. Code is 325120 Industrial Gas manufacturing- Oxygen manufacturing, with a size standard of 1200 employees. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-01. Title of Requirement: FY24 LIQUID OXYGEN FOR J. STROM THURMOND DAM AND LAKE PROJECT. Description of Requirement: The work to be performed under this contract consists of supplying liquid oxygen, as described in paragraph 2 below, to the J. Strom Thurmond Dam and Lake Project. The period of this requirement is 1 May 2024 thru 1 December 2024. Oxygen will be delivered to the Government storage facility at the J. Strom Thurmond Dam and Lake Project, Modoc, South Carolina. The facility can accommodate full size twenty (20) ton tankers.
