- Description
- The US Army Research Laboratory requires the purchase of qty one (1) sanger sequencing and fragment analysis instrument, qty one (1) digital PCR system, and qty one (1) real time PCR system. Extended description of requirements as follows: The one (1) Genetic Analyzer shall have the following minimum specifications: Shall accept 8-tube strips, or 96 well plate sample formats. Shall achieve a minimum of Quality Value (QV) 20 for 800 bp reads. Shall provide shipping and handling to the destination. Shall be a standalone system that fits on a standard laboratory benchtop. Shall have complimentary software for control and data analysis. Shall provide onsite setup and training. Shall provide a starter kit of consumables. The one (1) Digital PCR System shall have the following minimum specifications: Shall be able to multiplex up to 4 targets. Shall cover a dynamic range of up to 5 orders of magnitude. Shall have sensitivity down to 1 copy. Shall process up to 16 samples in a single run. Shall provide shipping and handling to the destination. Shall be a standalone system that fits on a standard laboratory benchtop. Shall have complimentary software for control and data analysis. Shall provide onsite setup and training. Shall provide a starter kit of consumables. The one (1) Real-Time PCR System shall have the following minimum specifications: Shall accept 96-well format. Shall be able to multiplex up to 4 targets. Shall be able to detect changes in target quantity as small as 1.5-fold in single-plex reactions. Shall have an easy-to-use touchscreen interface, and a complimentary laptop computer for design and analysis software. Shall provide shipping and handling to the destination. Shall be a standalone system that fits on a standard laboratory benchtop. Shall have complimentary software for control and data analysis. Shall provide onsite setup and training. Shall provide a starter kit of consumables.
