(RSF):� 442,000 RSF Space Type:� Warehouse Full Term:� 20 Years Firm Term:� 20 Years Additional Requirements:� 5-10 loading docks Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as �100-year� floodplain). For the avoidance of doubt, a fully serviced lease includes rent components such as Shell Rent that includes real estate tax(es) and insurance, Operating Costs, and amortized Tenant Improvement Rent. Note that approximately $7,200,000 will be amortized in the fully serviced rent for the Government�s improvements.
