Description

The 673d Contracting Squadron at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (JBER), Alaska, intends to award a firm fixed price, single-source contract to CUES INC. (DELAWARE) under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). The proposed contract action is for the retrofit of the 773 CES Pipeline Inspection Trailer which requires the removal and replace antiquated CUES INC manufactured controllers, electronics, cameras, software, and provide required upgrade training to maintain certified technicians. The 773 CES utilizes this Pipeline Inspection Trailer to inspect and maintain underground sewer and storm lines on JBER required to maintain the 773 squadron's base wide preventative maintenance requirements capability. Estimated Delivery Date: 60 Days ARO Base Award estimated: 28 March 2024 THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES AND NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE. The circumstances of this contract action deem one single source is reasonably available to fulfill the stated requirement. Interested organizations, who believe they can meet the requirement, may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the requirement in writing to: Airman Jaiden Shipp at jaiden.shipp@us.af.mil and Mr. Cliff Dockter at clifford.dockter@us.af.mil no later than 10:00 AM, AKDT, Tuesday, 19 March 2024. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Oral communications will not be accepted in response to this notice. No request for proposals or quotes will be issued based upon this Notice of Intent.
