- Description
- The United States Army Contracting Command - New Jersey, ACC-NJ, Picatinny Arsenal, New Jersey 07806-5000, on behalf of the of the Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM), Armaments Center (AC), intends to issue a non-competitive Request for Proposal (RFP) to Microwave Innovations, 3069 Edison-Furlong Road, Furlong, PA, for Microwave Transmitters to support various weapon system platforms mission testing. The solicitation will be issued as a sole source effort to Microwave Innovations in accordance with 10 U.S.C.3204(a)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(B)-Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Microwave Innovations was the only company identified through market research that could provide the necessary Microwave Transmitters which met the Government's requirements. The Government anticipates awarding a new Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with five (5) one-year ordering periods that allows for Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) delivery orders for various configurations of Microwave Transmitters. The Government anticipates award in June 2023, with a planned minimum ordering obligation of $30,000.00 and a contract maximum of $7,339,412.39. The Period of Performance for this contract will be five (5) years from the date of contract award. �Please note this notice does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP).�The Point of Contact for this notification and any questions may be directed to Gina Pellegrino via e-mail ONLY at gina.a.pellegrino.civ@army.mil.
