- N0016424RGP79 � TR-343 Transducer Supply Kits � PSC 5845 � NAICS 334511 Anticipated Issue Date: 11 March 2024 � Closing Date: 26 March 2024 � 4:00 PM EST Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a requirement to procure TR-343 Transducer supply kits and spare parts for the sustainment of the TR-343 Transducer used in the AN/SQS-53C Hull Sonar Array Subsystem, AN/SQQ-89(V) Anti-Submarine Warfare (ASW) System. The AN/SQQ-89(V) is a fully integrated Surface Ship Undersea Warfare (USW) combat system with the capability to search, detect, classify, localize, and attack submarine targets. The TR-343 Transducers are critical components to the AN/SQS 53C necessary to produce mechanical motion in the water for generation of sonar signals when a large voltage is applied. Materials include individual mandatory replacement parts as designated in NSWC Crane TR-343 Transducer procedures, parts kits, and select materials with shelf life considerations. All parts are detailed in Attachment 1 � Kit Proposals for TR343 Sustainment Contract. The Government will perform First Article Testing (FAT) on one (1) unit of each kit IAW the CLINs identified in Section B. The FAT requirement will cover material, coating, dimensional checks, and packaging of kits. The full FAT shall consist of the requirements identified in the drawings. Inspection of First Articles will be at Destination and inspected by the Government. Acceptance will be at Destination and acceptance will be made by the Government. Kits shall be replicated from approved FAT submission, including shipping/packaging requirements. The Navy intends to solicit and negotiate this five (5) year indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) firm-fixed-price (FFP) contract on a full and open competition after exclusion of sources basis in accordance with (IAW) FAR 6.203, as a 100% small business set aside. Delivery is required FOB Destination.� The solicitation will be made available posted on https://www.sam.gov.
