Description: The US Consulate General Merida intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price Purchase Order to Axtel, SAB de CV (Alestra) for��the installation of infrastructure for permanent telecom services for the second circuit for the New Consulate Compound in Merida, Mexico.as per Information Management Office requirements.
