- The Neulasta� Product is to be held as vendor managed inventory (VMI) or shipped within the continental U.S. in case of a mass casualty event where neutropenia or neutrophil loss is a major concern. Strategic National Stockpile (SNS) is completing the award of a follow-on contract for additional radiation injury treatment products and VMI storage and potentially to replace the Neulasta� Product, in order to maintain the treatment levels in case of a Medical Countermeasure event. The period of performance is for six-months.�
