Description

The Roy M. Wheat Dinning Facility at Naval Air Station Meridian, MS has a roughly 1500-gallon underground grease collection tank that requires routine maintenance.� The contractor will be required to clean and treat the grease collection unit, as well as dispose of all contents extracted from the tank.� Any debris removed from the tank must be transited off station to a proper disposal site.� Maintenance services must be performed exactly one time every 30 calendar days (monthly).� Each contract performance period is one year in duration which means a total of 12 service events are expected to occur during each contract year.� The firm-fixed price contract consists of one base year and four option years.� The length of the contract shall not exceed 60 months.� If the Government determines that the contractor performed satisfactorily during the active contract year and the customer conveys a continued need for services, then the Government will exercise the next option year.� The Government will notify the contractor of its intent to exercise the next option year at least 30 days prior to contract expiration.� The Contracting Officer will issue each option year through a contract modification.� Prior to submitting an offer, interested parties must review solicitation N6945024R0029, instructions to offerors, and NAVFAC PPQ-0 form which accompany this publicized opportunity as attachments.
