Description: The National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA) intends to solicit proposals using FULL AND OPEN COMPETITIVE procedures from qualified organizations certified under NAICS Code 541715; to manufacture bulk drug substances under Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
