Description
The purpose of H98210-24-T-0002 Amendment 0002 is to: 1. Answer questions: a. Would the client be open to a Monday (8/12/24) arrival with meetings scheduled for Monday and Tuesday? No b. Is the complimentary shuttle to and from DCA a must? Desired, however customer is flexible. 2. Provide further guidance to the Statement of Work (SOW), Section 4.2.1. This requirement is for the rental of a Training Venue. The quote that is being request is for the Training venue portion only. In addition the customer is also requesting for the facility to provide a block of hotel rooms, not to exceed 50 rooms with a reservation link exclusive to this requirement. All Attendees/Individuals requiring lodging space will book and pay for rooms as individuals utilizing the reservation link provided, while using their own payment method. Each person will be on travel orders via Defense Travel System. Volunteer Training Space- Ombudsman to include transportation to and from Ronald Regan (DCA) airport.� We are trying to stay within the DMV, Alexandria, Arlington DC, or one of the adjacent areas, for example Tysons Old Town, VA. Free airport shuttle service must also be included to and from the Ronald Regan (DCA) airport. � Award will be made to the Lowest Price, Technically Acceptable �(LPTA) offer, at a price that the Government has determined to be fair and reasonable. Technical acceptability will be based on an Offeror's ability to meet the requirements of the SOW and delivery schedule. The Technical Acceptability Standards are outlined below: Technical Acceptability Standards: Acceptable- Quote clearly meets minimum requirements of this RFQ. Unacceptable- Quote does not clearly meet the minimum requirements of this RFQ. Please provide a complete quote including: Company Information/POC, CAGE Code, DUNS numbers, Tax Identification (TIN), and Business size. Please insure your company is currently registered in SAM.gov. This is an all-or-none requirement and partial quotes will be deemed nonresponsive and will not be evaluated. If you would like to submit a quote for the above requirement, please submit your quote to me via email by 11:00 am (EST) on March 8th, 2024.� �Thank you!
