- NOTICE OF CONTRACT ACTION The Department of Defense (DoD), United States Air Force (USAF), Air Force Material command (AFMC), Air Force Test Center (AFTC), Contracting Directorate, located at 205 West D Avenue, Suite 414, Eglin Air Force Base, FL, 32542, intends to enter into a new sole source contract with Arctos Technology Solutions, LLC. �No foreign participation is permitted. �The 96 TW needs a real-time risk assessment capability for event testing at Eglin Air Force Base or the Gulf of Mexico (GOMEX) test range. �The 96 TW requires support to utilize their vehicle trajectory and risk model toolkits as a software suite to meet a strategic objective for real-time risk assessment capability. �The 96 TW require management, personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform sustainment and technical support services of the realtime risk analysis tool/test tool kit (RRAT/TTK). Subject contract is anticipated to be awarded on or before 4th Quarter FY24. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) (Only a single source is reasonably available). �This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, and a Request for Proposal (RFP) will not be issued. �The National American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this action is 541715 - Research and Development in the Physical, Engineering, and Life Sciences (except Nanotechnology and Biotechnology), with a size standard of 1000 employees. �No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. �A determination not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is within the discretion of the Government. �
