Description

This Post-Award Synopsis/Notice of Award serves to document the award announcement via SAM.gov.� Leidos, Inc. of Gaithersburg, Maryland was awarded a sole-source modification to Task Order HDTRA1-19-F-0032 under DTRA�s current Multi-Award Contracts (MAC), Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract of HDTRA1-19-D-0004 in the form of a six-month bridge modification.� Pursuant to FAR 16.505(b)(2)(i)(C), the modification was issued on a sole-source basis in the interest of economy and efficiency as a logical follow-on to an order issued under the contract, as all awardees were given a fair opportunity to be considered for the original order. �This modification was awarded on a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) basis in the amount of $1,877,425.00 with a Period of Performance (PoP) of February 22, 2024 to August 21, 2024. �The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 541512. �
