Description

Solicitation 36C26024R0024 for project 653-24-105 Repair Leaking Roofs for the Roseburg Veteran Affairs (VA) Healthcare System is estimated to be posted to Federal Contracting Opportunities on or about March 18, 2024, with an estimated closing date of April 17, 2024. This will be 100% SDVOSB set-aside. Drawings and specs will be posted for review as attachments to the solicitation. The scope of this project includes all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to repair all areas of concern with regards to roof leaks on buildings 1AC (Above OR), 2 (Mental Health), 4 (Quarters), 11 (Laundry), 57 (Police) and 71 (Food & Nutrition). Contractor needs to provide safety plan and will be required to test and confirm that all surfaces are dry to prevent mold growth. Building 1AC (Above OR) Approximately 50 SF Remove roofing material, find & repair leak, repair damage caused by the leaking roof, and replace roofing material with same type, style, and color. Paint adjacent areas of roof replacement. Building 2 Approximately 36 SF Remove roofing material, find & repair leak, repair damage caused by the leaking roof, and replace roofing material with same type, style, and color. Paint adjacent areas of roof replacement. Building 4 Approximately 36 SF Remove roofing material, find & repair leak, repair damage caused by the leaking roof, and replace roofing material with same type, style, and color. Paint adjacent areas of roof replacement. Building 11 Approximately 36 SF Remove roofing material, find & repair leak, repair damage caused by the leaking roof, and replace roofing material with same type, style, and color. Paint adjacent areas of roof replacement. Building 57 Approximately 36 SF Remove roofing material, find & repair leak, repair damage caused by the leaking roof, and replace roofing material with same type, style, and color. Paint adjacent areas of roof replacement. Building 71 Approximately 36 SF Remove roofing material, find & repair leak, repair damage caused by the leaking roof, and replace roofing material with same type, style, and color. Paint adjacent areas of roof replacement. The project is for various buildings on the Roseburg VA campus. IAW FAR 36.204, the magnitude of this construction is between $250,000 and $500,000.
